I tried this beer off the tapper at the taproom in downtown Columbus, Ohio as part of a five sample flight. It poured a clear golden with white head that did not leave much lace. The sent has spruce and grain notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with crisp malt base and subtle spruce and pine resin presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.
