How many sips does it take to get to the bottom of a glass of A-Two-Hoo sour ale? The delicate layering of raspberry, cherry, vanilla, and cocoa within this liquid result in an ale so enticing that the world may never know.

On tap at SingleSpeed, Cedar Falls, IA; seeves in a small tumbler. Hazy coral pink, with a thin white head. Even after allowing this to warm up a bit, I'm finding the flavors quite subdued. The description says this is a wild ale, but it presents more like a sour which the brewer says it is. The fruit flavors aren't overwhelming. There is a slight astringency to the finish. Not bad, but not on point for a wild ale. George Clinton and Parliament/Funkadelic said it best: "We want the funk!"
