American-Style Kettle Sour
What happens when we add raspberry, hibiscus, and elderberry to a kettle sour? A true sense shocker emerges. Tart. Refreshing. Fruity. Sour. Sessionable. Yeah, all of those things.

Pours a nice red color. Somewhat murky, not clear at all. 1 finger off white/red head. Retention is good, and there's some nice lacing going on here.
The aroma is full of fruit. Raspberry is the main aroma I'm getting. There's other aromas, but I can't pin them down., but pleasing.
Taste - Very tart raspberry, but not overly so. The can says there's elderberry and hibiscus in it, that must be what I'm also tasting, but don't have much experience with them. They hit more on the backside.
Crisp and bubbly feeling. The body is very good for a low ABV beer.
Very tasty, and I'm liking it.

I'm a huge fan of sours. I quite like this one. It's also quite sour-which I like!

Delicious beer, perfectly fruited, lovely mouthfeel, and nice clean finish with a tad of bitterness. This is a very well done sour, that verges on the candylike without becoming saccharine.

12oz can. Poured out a clear, pinkish purple color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled of raspberry, lemon and floral notes. Sweet and tart with a strong raspberry presence.

Lacks depth, and nuances of hibiscus which are listed. Not bad though
