Nimble Series offering number three is the brain child of our esteemed team of high speed intelligence agents - AKA our Brew Squad.
When used in traditional fashion, Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe are solid IPA builders - this we all know.
What we were unaware of, until Blurr came about, was how this particular set of hops would present themselves after electing to roll into the fermentation party a bit earlier than normal.
Now that they have become elements within this little bio-transformer, that mystery is revealed.
To fully comprehend the result you must witness it for yourself.
Enjoy, and as always, stay nimble.

Hops: Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe

This is a tasty ipa with an aroma that’s really juicy with a whiff of cattiness. The flavor is very catty and quite bitter with a dry finish. I’m so glad I bought 6 of these, cause finishing one makes me crave a second, and then a third!

Poured from 12-ounce can into a proper SingleSpeed logo "snulip" glass. The first thing you notice with this beer is the room-filling aromas of tropical and piney hops as you pop the can open. The brew pours a slightly hazy light golden color, with three fingers of white head that leaves some nice sticky lacing. Big aromas and flavors of mango, pineapple, grapefruit, lemon, pine, and citrus zest. Decent head retention, medium body, and a nice malt structure without any overbearing sweetness. Excellent bitterness, with all 54 IBU's accounted for. Crisp and dry finish, with a little grapefruit zest lingering on the palate. Grab this one while you can!
