Poured from 16-ounce can into a long-stemmed champagne glass. Everything about this screams for a comparison with white wine. Appearance is white wine topped by an evanescent white head that settles within a few seconds. Aromas and flavors of apple, tangerine, and pineapple, with a pleasant and understated tartness on the palate. Lots of carbonation, a tiny bit of funk, a light mouthfeel, and a dry finish round out the profile. The winey characteristics really come through as it warms. Very refreshing, a perfect brunch beer.
