Ride the passage through a mountainous display of hop flavors and aromatics.
In this edition of The Nimble Series, we have crafted a dry, clean lager, and introduced it to hop varietals of the noblest character, at borderline aggressive levels. The multi-stage hopping process transformed this delicate lager into what is best described as a full blown flavor spectacle.
Climb to the peak. Enjoy the descent.
Hops: Meridian, Hallertau Blanc, Hersbrucker, Tettnanger
Malts: Weyermann Eraclea
Yeast: Bayern Lager
IBU: 39

Can from John’s Grocery. Dry drinkable almost brut IPA with fewer hops.

Fantastic pils from a fantastic brewery. I love the dialed up hop aromas in this, and that they dry hopped with nobles. So fun! Flavor is pretty standard, mouthfeel is not super bitter, pretty standard also...quite crisp. Super enjoyable for a summer day. Label is really good looking too, which this brewery is normally on point with.
