On tap at the brewery; served in a half-pint glass. This is the imperial version of SS's Zach's Mexican Donuts, an oatmeal stout brewed with coffee, cacao nibs, cinnamon, and vanilla bean. Nearly black in color, with deep ruby highlights and a thick tan head that left some beautiful lacing as it receded. Huge aromas and flavors of the aforementioned spices and flavorings, which I love. Satisfying silky mouthfeel, with a touch of sweetness and some coffee and cocoa lingering on the palate. Not boozy at all for a 10% ABV stout. This is a home run!

Damn, this is one tasty stout. High ABV, but no sign of the booze in the flavor or feel. Chocolate, vanilla, slight coffee flavor. Chewy, silky mouthfeel. Beautiful pour with tight brown head that lasts. Keep on keepin’ on, Singlespeed!
