Pours a clear, golden orange with a fluffy, one-finger head. Good lacing.
Smell of candied citrus. Pronounced tangerine.
Wonderful balance. Subdued hop in the front with a slight resin pine in the end. Some lemongrass. Very crisp and clean for an APA. Good malt that is not overbearing.

A decent one from singlespeed, but not amazing. Smell is fun and fresh but lurking in the foreground is somethings apple-y, with some melon maybe and some vegetal. I’d prefer a clean backbone with hops front and center. Flavor offers more of the same. Mouthfeel is ok, but a bit too full and not clean and crisp. Definitely falls inside the parameters of AIPA, and fair representation of a fresh hop ipa, but I like my malt character on the other side of the spectrum.
