Folder-Aged Golden Sour rested on lemon and hibiscus. Poured from a bottle at the brewery into a tulip. Pretty in the glass: golden pink liquid. Would be better looking if there was any head at all, but pretty standard for a sour. Smell is delicate and lemony- Quite nice. Overall it has pronounced tartness and acidity, which is just a hair stronger than my ideal. Nice to try something unique at the brewery!
