Nimble Series 018
We start by searching for the best hops.
Then, we work on using them in the most effective manner.
Mission accomplished? Typically.
But, what if there was a way to get more from those hops?
More flavor. More aromatics.
More……..CHARISMA.
That’s where Phantasm fits in.
This key ingredient possesses the enigmatic ability to bring forth the best of the hops varietals that we surround it with.

Can from John’s poured into tulip. Unbelievable head and IPA brewery aroma. Very solid if you’re looking for a hazy DIPA.

This is one bitter hazy, and I like it a lot! Not terribly hazy, more like a chill-hazy regular IPA. Head leaves something to be desired, but color is light and bright and overall appearance is inviting. Smell is peach, citrus, melon…different and fun. Taste is same, with little sweetness in the finish, maybe a touch astringent (or even wild dusty aspirin notes?) Delicious all around.
