Poured from 16-ounce can into a tulip glass. Color is a hazy, pale orange-yellow, with a white frothy head that has the appearance of a whipped egg white. Not much head retention, but a fair bit of lacing. Full disclosure: I did a double-take on the aroma just to make sure I wasn't mistaken. There is a strong note of cooked butter on the nose which fortunately doesn't carry over to the palate. Flavors of fruity ice cream, with coconut, pineapple, vanilla, and mango. Finishes cleanly, with a note of coconut lingering on the palate. Not sure if they used lactose in this, but I'd almost bet on it based on the mouthfeel, light sweetness, and understated tartness. Overall, a very good beach-type beer.
Edit: Lactose WAS used in this.

Aroma is mangoes/tropical fruit and big grains/bread. The flavor is mangoes/pineapple, malts and a big grains/bread/tart/slightly sweet finish.
