Poured from 16-ounce can into a tulip glass. Appearance lacks nothing: lear amber colored body, with a lovely thick white head that left a curtain of lacing. This is perfectly balanced between hoppy deliciousness and a malt backbone that doesn't get in the way. Not much sweetness at all. Big aromas and flavors of tropical fruit and citrus, with a floral and lightly perfume-y note. Moderate bitterness (30 IBU), with good carbonation and a clean finish. This is outstanding in all aspects and another fine offering from a fine brewery. Highly recommended.
