Tap pour at the Waterloo taproom. Fresh keg pour and chilled.
Pale gold colored body with some haze. Foamy white head. Leaves behind irregular short strings of lacing.
Aroma of citrus and pine.
Taste is initially orange and grapefruit, with bitter pine resin coming in later. A little strawberry mixes in. Aftertaste gets earthy, herbal, and with medium lingering bitterness.
Medium mouthfeel. Clean finish, with citrus pith. Very good carbonation.
Beertender said a pour will be clearer once the keg settles.
