This is a taproom exclusive at SingleSpeed Brewing, poured from a Lukr faucet and served in a 0.5-litre Seidel mug. Yeah, this is how it's done! Unsurpassed in appearance: clear golden colored body, topped by a luxurious head of white foam. Excellent retention and lacing. Great depth of toasted malt character, with a surprisingly bitter and slightly spicy hop bite and a crisp finish. Turned out to be a fantastic pairing with SS's carne asada street tacos. I'm not sure what a purist would make of this, but it's a fine beer regardless.
