Can from John’s poured into glass. Solid head then dissipates. I do get some cherry with the brown ale. Enjoyable German altbier.

On tap at the brewery; served in a tasting glass. Clear rusty copper color, with a thin white head. Malt forward. with notes of cherry on the nose and palate. Although medium-light in body, this has good depth of flavor. Crisp, good carbonation, finishes with fruity and floral notes lingering on the palate. Well done!
