On tap at Whiskey Road, Cedar Falls, IA; served in a snifter. Hazy pale yellow, thin white head due to boss tap pour. Balanced aromas and flavors, with light crackery malt balanced by citrus, pine, grapefruit zest, and a faint floral note. Big hit of umami on the palate, which I absolutely love. Finish is dry, with a little zesty bitterness clinging desperately to the palate. Well deserving of its GABF accolades!

Aroma is fruit/floral/big lavender/spices. The flavor is fruit, malts, tropical fruit and a spicy/nutty/floral hop/lavender/kind of incense/warm finish..
