Brewed in partnership with The Panther Collective, for the benefit of student athletes. Crafted w/ Game Day celebrations in mind, this golden ale hits as crisp and refreshing as a victory for the Purple & Gold.

12oz can. Poured out a clear, golden yellow color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left some sudsy lacing. It smelled of caramel, butterscotch and floral notes. Sweet caramel taste with a strong butterscotch presence. Next to no bitterness.

On tap at The Horny Toad Bar & Grill, Cedar Falls, IA; served in a "bowtie" glass. Clear golden amber in color, with a thin white cap of foam (likely due to the "boss pour" I got). You want "beer-flavored beer"? This is it on steroids. Big notes of bready malt on the nose and palate, balanced by a bitter and peppery hop kick. Medium bodied, clean and crisp, with a bitter note lingering through the finish. I had this with a spicy wrap, and it was a perfect pairing. Grab this one for your next BBQ.
