On tap at SingleSpeed, Cedar Falls, IA; served in a 16-ounce tulip. Very pretty translucent pale yellow, with a white head. Nicely balanced, with tropical fruit notes, subtle hints of coriander spice, a little salinity, and understated tartness. Finish is crisp and clean, with a lingering tartness on the palate. Excellent beer from the premier brewery in rhe Cedar Valley.
