On tap. Poured a cloudy, straw yellow color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled of lemon, grassy notes, spice and some toasted caramel. Nice spicy flavor with sweet toasted caramel and a hint of lemon.

Banana, clove, fleshy fruit and biscuit aroma. Taste is mostly the same, with a spicy, dry finish. The only downside is the mouthfeel, which isn't effervescent enough for my liking. A solid Saison overall, even if it is a little closer to a Belgian Blonde IMO.

Pours a hazy honey colour. Smells like ginger, earthy hops. Light malt upfront, heavy ginger throughout, honey and clove. Much more clove in the taste, ginger spiciness, sweet, and faint earthy hops.
