Had this on 2017-02-18 in Columbia, PA at the brewery
A - Beautiful clear dark gold with maybe a hint of rose. Short white head and little lace. Mild alcohol legs.
S - Interesting blend of Saison esters and hard grape cider (if there is such a thing!). There's also some tartness going on. Inviting.
T - Spice and pepper up front. Then some lightly toasted bread with grape-crabapple preserves. The vinous-grape character creeps in. The finish is dry, fruity, somewhat tart and spicy.
M - Light-medium body and light carbonation.
O - A worthwhile experiment engendered some new flavors. Keep it up!
