750ml bottle at share. Pale golden pour, light cloudiness, small, effervescent head. Focus is on the apples, with some brett notes. Sweet, honey and the right amount of funk.

Hazy yellow with a bubbly white blanket settling to a ring.
Smell is sesame crackers, peanutty funk, and pepper jack cheese while taste crisply adds tart lemon, grapefruit, straw and paste of sesame with a stinging semi-dry finish.

This is the third of the new batch of fruited wild ales that I have had from Plan Bee. Quince was by far the best and I would rank Nectar second and Orchard third. This is a still very nice beer. It just lacks the flavor complexity that made Quince a knockout brew. Orchard is delicate and easy to drink and would be very refreshing on a hot summer day.
