So far, out of all the PB's I've had, this one was the best carbonated. The others have been a bit over carbonated or had a ton of yeast chunks (not a big deal). This was very tart, but in a good way. The only problem I had with it was the mild 'dirt' aftertaste that kinda hung around. Its probably the oak. Overall, this was very tasty, but would have been way better without that lingering aftertaste.

Another wonderful wild ale from Plan Bee. This is probably my second favorite after Quince (still the best of the 2016 Plan Bee offerings). Very juicy flavor with a nice, funky aroma. Tart, but not sour.

UPDATE: This one just keeps getting better as it ages a bit. Wonderful tartness with a super soft, pillowy mouthfeel.

Another solid offering from Plan Bee. Don't be turned off by "rose hips" as it is not an overwhelming flavor. As it warms up you get a slight hint of a floral taste on the backend. It has the stronger presence and flavor of oak then rose...but it's there juuuust enough. As always the mouth feel a on plan bee wild ale is so smooth.
