on tap at the brewery on 1 September 2018
Look: Clear gold beneath a short head of white. Average head retention and lacing.
Smell: Herbal with dill, grass, and some honey.
Taste: Tart, mildly funky, herbal with more dill than even the nose suggested. The honey comes out in the finish. Limited, if any, bitterness. Dry, acidic and herbal finish.
Feel: Light bodied and crisp.
Overall: Unique. Weird but good. Refreshing. It has a certain je nais se quois that makes it special.

This beer pours a hazy, fluorescent yellow into the glass and has a delightfully harsh, nondescriptly sour smell. It tastes like extremely tart white grapes and has a dry, crisp feel to it.
