Bouquet #6 w/ matricaria discoidea (commonly known as pineappleweed or wild chamomile): the 6th in our bouquet series of barrel aged wild ales blended with fresh herbs and flowers. Pineappleweed is tropical flavored, hence the name! A form of wild chamomile adds soft floral notes & a sweet aroma.
