Poured from a bottle (22Jul2020) into a small stemmed wine glass
L: pours a clear raspberry orange, beautiful snow white head that fades after a couple minutes but with a small layer of foam remaining. Moderate+ visible carbonation, like champagne on half speed
S: very tart and phenolic wild ale aroma. Not getting much on the cherry side, some nice funky farmhouse notes lurking but the band aid aroma is overpowering
T: yeah this is shame. Totally a band aid bomb, lots of plastic adhesive flavor and nothing much else. If I concentrate and pick out some of the wild ale base, but not getting any of the cherry. Plastic and moderate bitterness the notes here
F: medium+ carbonation, medium- body, slightly drying
O: miss by plan bee. Plastic the dominant note from nose to swallow, shame
