Kind of a funky little beer. This "Saison" is made with wickerhamomyces anomalus, which sort of makes this a sour saison, with hints of pepper and floral notes. Its not bad by any means. Comes off tasting like a mix of yeast, funk and fresh herbs...in a way. I'd recommend drinking this one ice cold.
