I really enjoyed this saison. This brewery is across town from me, so I was familiar with them but not overly so. I've had a couple of their other beers, and they've been consistently good, but this one is their best so far. It's a little sweet, a little peppery, a little this and a little that, which makes it a nice balance of flavors.
