Had this from a can at the Hidden Pig in Haverhill, MA. The beer had a big white head and had a clear yellow appearance. I kind of got the sense of a mostly pineapple and hops aroma with this beer. The taste followed the nose with a fruity, citrus taste that was not too minimal or overpowering. I found the beer pretty refreshing in terms of mouthfeel. Overall, great aromas.

Pint can - dated 03/18?/19 - poured into a teku-esque wine stem, at 45F.

Pours a substantially hazy deep, goldenrod hue, with a finger of bone white foam, quickly reducing to a sissy film with a massive collar.

Nose: Oh yeah. This is definitely singularly hopped with Mosaic. It's not the sweet berries and overripe fruit side of Mosaic, either. It's the bright, green, grassy side. Fresh grass. Herbs. Medows. Cilantro. Ever had Lawson's Super Session #8 w/ Mosaic? Think that. Bright, green, snappy, green apple, cilantro, lime, jasmine, passion flower, gardenia, lemongrass. Super herbaceous. Super green, and lots of chlorophyll aromatics. A swirl brings out some earthier dank notes, like moss, and damp forest floor, with just a hint of garlic if you really swirl and dig. Mosaic for sure, but not necessarily the "popular" expressions that can be found with Mosaic hops. So grassy. A faint thread of honey sweetness underneath everything, with a subtle kiss of caramel malt.

Palate: I hate to compare beers to other beers, but if Lawson's Super Session #8 was an 8% DDH NEDIPA, it would be this to a T. Fresh grass, blue spruce, cilantro, lime, lemongrass, passionflower, meadows of fresh spring orchard blossoms, cherry blossom, lilac, and then those wonderful Mosaic berry notes. A dry berries and whipped cream. The alcohol is undetectable. An ultra thin thread of honeysuckle sweetness runs linear to the insane floral notes, but there's no sticky, heavy honey, toffee, or malt sweetness of any kind. Just a touch of caramel malt flavour, without the weight. As drinkable as any 5% session ale. Dangerous.

Mouthfeel/Body: For New England IPA standards, the body and feel of this isn't going to attract much attention. It's not *thin* as in watery, but wow, for 8% ABV, it's super light, crisp, and airy. No perceivable sugar or alcohol weight to it. Crisp, refreshing, slightly soft, airy, and quite dry. Lively and very fine effervescence for 8%.

Overall: I'm going to cut straight to the point... This is an amazing beer. I think this deserves World Class placement. This is truly one of those local yocal micro shelf gems that just holds its own, and rivals the big league brews. This is so well crafted, and so seamlessly stitched together, with just absolute balace, purity, and nirvana. Please, if you find a decently fresh can, do not hesitate. Grab it. Pour it. Savour it. A wonderful display of Mosaic double dry hopping, in such a well attenuated suspension. This is craft beer.
