The “Imp. Peach Mint IPA” (8.8% ABV, 72 IBU) was brewed with Azacca Hops and real peach puree to provide a wonderful bouquet tropical fruit and peach flavors. Fresh mint was used in the dry-hops to give a more effervescent character, but mostly to complete the allegory.

16oz can poured into 12oz tulip. Poured a cloudy dark yellow color with 1/4 inch of white head that had low retention and lacing.

The aroma had low malt/grain, light peach, undetectable mint, and some bright hops.

Similar taste profile, with some bitterness on the finish.

The body was on the light side of medium, and had a dry finish.

drinkability was good,m although I'm not sure I'd want two in a row.

Overall, a solid brew, worth a shot if you see it.
