The color is mahogany.
The nose is a nice wave of alcohol, balanced nicely with the beer and Grand Marnier.
The pour is creamy, with a nice lingering lace head.
The taste is wheat dopplebock balanced well with Grand Marnier.
The finish is lingering roasted wheat doppelbock, Grand Marnier and a wisp of alcohol. It invites another and another.
This has to be one for the ages. It would be a great substitute for an evening cognac. Sooo smooth, so delicious, I could drink this one all night.
