Pours a clear, brown color. 1/4 inch head of an off-white color. Decent retention and decent lacing. Smells of strong sweet malt, slight roasted malt, strong alcohol, and a hint of hop. Fits the style of a Doppelbock. Mouth feel is smooth and crisp, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of strong sweet malt, slight roasted malt, strong alcohol, a hint of hop, hint of wheat, and slight yeast. Overall, decent appearance, but good aroma, feel, and body.
