In seasonal flight at taproom. I like tripels, not coconut. Agree with previous reviewer that coconut is subdued. Pretty tasty.

Aroma is bananas, spices, Belgian yeast and a hint of coconut. The flavor is bananas, citrus, fruit, Belgian yeast, malts and a slight coconut/sweet/creeping alcoholic finish.

Don't let the name fool you. This beer is a classic Begian tripel. The coconut is balanced and subdued, and unlike most other beers using coconut, adds just the right amount of flavor. This beer is pure genius. Get one if you can find it.

Interesting blend of Belgian Golden with coconut adjunct flavors. I think you have to like the style and coconut to really appreciate this one. The coconut ifps forward on the flavor, but definitely worth trying!
