A: The beer is very dark brown in color. It poured with a finger high off white head that left a large patch of bubbles on the surface.
S: Moderate aromas of caramel are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of caramel syrups and a moderate amount of associated sweetness.
M: It feels light to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: With the addition of caramel, the beer tastes more like a Euro Dark Lager than a dunkelweizen.
