Daydream is a bright American saison with American hops and Belgian yeast. It has a floral and fruity aroma with quite a bit of citrus and tropical fruit notes. It has a slight breadiness from the malt, a spicy and fruity Belgian yeast character, and a nice citrus hop flavor. Its dry finish invites you in for another sip.

Slightly hazy, light gold color. Smells of hay, slight citrus, peppery, barnyard funk, but only slightly. Medium head, decently fluffy. Taste is spicy, a little citrus and some light, but noticeable, hay/barnyard/leathery/goat, flavor. Not nearly as complex as an import Belgian saison but most of the style profiles are present. Living within 25 miles of the brewery is a plus, found it on sale for $7.67 a sixer. Very drinkable. Cheers
