Poured from the bottle into an elongated tulip glass.
Dark orange body, with a super creamy three finger rich white head. Slightly cloudy but with a nice amount of hued colors from lemon yellow to a peach red.
Soft aroma on the nose. Sweet like hinting Brett funk, with a mix of biscuit sweet cookie also. Touches orange and lemon sour citrus nicely also.
Palate is really nice. Rich malt density of biscuit and cookie, given a hint if sweetness to some simple funk contrast. Chewy flavors of marmalade, soft orange and grapefruit zest. A nice mix of sweet malt character, hinting caramel, bakery sweet breads, a nice herbal hop character that gives a good a sting on the finish.
Very nice saison.

March 2021, fresh bottle from the brewery poured into tulip glass.
Pours a light, hazy, straw yellow with a thin and impersistent head and light carbonation.
Nose is subtle with typical traces of dough, grass, hay and spice.
Palate follows with absolutely classic farmhouse saison profile. Light spice and no brett.
Super sessionable saison. Classic Belgian flavor profile. Loaded up on this one.

Enjoying a 12oz pour at Tributary during their 3rd Anniversary Party ($5 plus tax).
Pours a clear, dark copper color with very light, scattered carbo. Head is wispy thin, white, and mostly clings to the edges. Aroma is fruity with some typical musty notes. Smooth on the tongue, the body is a nice medium.
Taste had some candi sugar and light fruit, like pear and green apple, plus a hint of banana. There's also a little spicy action and a hint of some pepper on the palate. Solid and tasty all around. Prosit!!

From a 32oz growler purchased a few days ago.
Pours a murky brown color with little head and no lacing.
Smell has a bit of a lactic aroma like there's going to be some sourness but probably the yeast is confusing things, some decent peppery spicing on the nose as well.
Taste starts out with a Belgian candied flavor, not too sweet though, some nice spicy activity in the aftertaste, none of the sourness I was picking up in the nose which is a good thing since I don't think it would have worked in this case, carbonation is medium-low with a good sized body, strength is well hidden.
