This is the German expression of Lite Beer without dilution. Light, delicate, and crisp, the Strissel Spalt hops give it a noble hop aroma.

Pours crystal clear and a pretty gold color. Maybe a wee bit dark for the style. Foamy white head with decent retention and some nice cling.
Smells slightly sweet, pilsner-ish malts with a little breadiness and crackers. A bit floral, very faint spice, and a little white wine character. Thats checking some happy places so far!
The taste follows exactly. Slightly sweet, bread and crackers. Floral aromatic flavors, white wine grapiness and way late in the taste a fairly assertive spicy hit. Slight bitterness on the finish as well. Don't know if they stuck with Noble hops but it's in that neighborhood.
Feel is slightly dry, clean and crisp, appropriately carbonated. It's right around medium on the body. Spice tingle lingers - kind of a clove and anise seed sensation.
This is not a complex beer but it is damned tasty. Super-easy drinking and plenty of flavor.

12oz skinny can served in a little dimpled mug. Can is dated 07/21/23. Received from @WunderLlama in a surprise attack possibly associated with NBS BIF #17.
Pours a clear orange-amber with a small, short-lived head that leaves a very thin ring around the glass, moderate carbonation. Smell is very mild, somewhat bready, maybe a bit of an earthy tone. A little bit of doughy/yeasty stuff in the aroma as well.
Taste is more intense than the aroma or style would suggest. A blast of citrus and honeysuckle riding on a bready wave. Light, refreshing overall flavor with just a bit of bitterness in the aftertaste to bring you back for more.
Mouthfeel is light and airy. Overall, nice beer.

Brewers notes: This is the German expression of Lite Beer without dilution. Light, delicate, crisp with a subtle, noble hop aroma. Quenching kolsch! A delicate bouquet of fliers and fruit highlights this extremely refreshing German hybrid . A malt backbone featuring notes of honey ensures that the kolsch will rejuvenate you through the dog days of summer.

Good head production and decent retention. Clear and straw-colored body.
Lovely light aroma, with notes of hay, lemon, cracker, grass, and light honey.
Flavor leans on the sweet side, not unlike a Helles, with notes of light honey, cracker, and sweet white dough, balanced by a very light hoppiness and low bitterness. Absolutely crushable. Mouthfeel is a little slick and creamy for the style, which seems to be a Tributary hallmark. Straight forward, not particularly complex or even notable, but really damn enjoyable.

Canned 7/24/20
Pours a large foamy head with moderate retention, some sticky lacing, crystal clear pale pilsner color
Nose is nice, grainy pilsner malt, little straw and grainy sweet raw malt and cereal
Taste crisp lager, malty, cereal grain, grainy sweet pilsner, little straw and corn, light floral hops, little bitterness, drier finish a bit of a crisp bitterness
Mouth is med to lighter bod,med foamy carb
Overall decent, a lot like a pilsner but with ale yeast and still lagered well
