Had a 16 ounce draft at Ponysaurus Brewing in Durham.
L - Pours a medium copper color with a slight white head.
S - Smells malty.
T - Taste matches the smell, very malty with a slight smokiness.
F - Medium body and carbonation on the lighter side.
O - Really nice easy drinking beer.

A malty saison without the spice or funk. Pale in comparison to many others I have tasted/rated.

Surprisingly heavy for the style. I would have expected a much more wieldy mouthfeel. If a biere de garde is what you want, don't order this but you might like it for what it is

Drinking this at Ponysaurus in Durham NC.
poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Looks light amber, head lasted. Light lacing.
Smells lightly malt, floral, cloves.
Tastes malty, apples, pears, vanilla with a nice back bite.
Mouth feel is medium for the style.
Overall, yes I would definitely order again.

L: Had this beer on-tap at Brewmasters - Wilson, poured into a snifter glass. Had a golden brown color and a slightly hazy consistency. There was a quarter inch of foamy, fairly long-lasting head. Not much lacing to speak of.

S: A decent enough aroma of malt, citrus fruit, rye, vanilla, and other light fruits.

T: Tasted of hint of vanilla (kind of fleeting) some citrus fruit (lemon, in particular), a bit of rye (gives it a nice little bite), some malt (present throughout), and light fruit (pears, apples). A solid, light, and interesting flavor. Not as forceful as some beers of this style, but still likable.

F: A well-carbonated beer with a sharp finish. Medium-bodied.

O: A slightly uneven beer, but it has some good qualities. Worth a try.

Nice clear, Amber color. Mild head with a nice carbonation. Sweet malty opening with clove and fig/pear components. Drying hop at the end.
