L: Had this beer on-tap at Brewmasters. Had an amber-red color and a mostly clear consistency. There was a quarter inch of foamy, somewhat long-lasting head. Pretty good lacing.
S: A decent aroma of light fruit, some yeast, plums, and a bit of wheat.
T: Tasted of a fair amount of Belgian-style yeast (less than some saisons), a hint of wheat, some dark fruit (plums and figs), a little citrus (orange), and a floral quality. An interesting flavor that's not quite successful, mainly due to the fact that the ingredients aren't pushed quite far enough. It's a little bland in some ways.
F: A good amount of carbonation with a smooth finish. Medium-bodied.
O: Definitely an uneven beer in many ways. Not bad, but could have been better.
