IF is brewing some super adventurous beers out of an old barn in Plymouth, MA. They are using yeast from hand picked blueberries, hand collected honey. I am sure hand picked sage is in this saison.

Enjoying a pint at Union BrewHouse...this beer is super complex, filled with spice, very! This is an acquired taste much like pumpkin ales.

Had on tap at New World Tavern Plymouth.

Taste is a lot of spice, rye, cardamom, coriander. There is hay and lemon shining through as well. Complex and interesting sipper. Not sure if I would get another glass, but I appreciate the complexity and creativity of this brew.
