Described at the taproom as an Apricot Sour aged for 1 year in red wine barrels. Interesting aroma of fresh-mown hay. Sweet/sour flavors wrestle in your mouth, with citrus, red wine and leather swirling around. Very mild horse blanket in the semi-dry finish.
