Aged overtop of 20 lbs of fresh, whole blueberries within a single WL Weller Bourbon Barrel. Strong, rich maple syrup aromas are married with notes of bourbon and oak. Flavors of vanilla, caramel, and dark cherry further add complexity to this saison’s classic peppery characteristic. This dark ruby-colored saison moves from a sweet forwardness to a pleasantly dry finish.
