Searching for the perfect “morning beer,” our brewers developed the Spotted Pig: a mocha latte blonde ale. Partnering up with local Greensboro coffee roaster Fortuna, we took a milk blonde base and cold brewed it with the Latin Java blend together with fresh cacao to create an approachable and delicate profile perfect on its own or to pair with sweet or tart breakfast dishes.
