On tap at Hoparazzi last night.
A stunning gem of a beer. Pours a deep ruby to magenta in color. Some haze capped by a full finger of pinkish off-white foam. Very little lacing. The nose is glorious. Tart raspberries, dry white wine notes, some sour restrained by a hint of grain. Taste launches into a bright sweetly tart raspberry, some acidic chardonnay-like notes moving subtly in a vinegar direction before pulling back. Some funk, some floral notes that remind me of hibiscus flower, plum, and again some sour. Mouthfeel is crisp, bright, slick, and it finishes with a slight bite. Overall, the one thing they could change is to make sure I can get this whenever I want. Cheers.
