Served in a standard pint glass at the brewery. The brew appears a clouded copper color with a white head. Some stringy lace sticks to the glass.
The aroma is lightly fruity with a scent mildly reminiscent of pear skin blending to some mineral component. Overall very mild and lacking the typical saison aroma profile.
The taste is sweet with a little mineral and carbonic aspect. The graininess blends to apple and pear aspects with a faint herbal hop flavor. The aftertaste has an awkward stale extract kinda feel to it.
This is medium to light bodied. It has a light level of carbonation. Overall this misses the mark for a saison and collectively is not that good of a brew.
