-8%. Crowler. Limit one per person per day. #1603.
A: Hazy golden peach coloring is thick, but not exactly "milkshake" thick per description. Still very nice, with a big bready white head from the crowler pour is firm on the hold with a very sparse and slow moving macro-effervesce. Clingy and sticky lace leaves big spiderweb deposits on the vessel walls.
S: Fresh rose water on the nose, watermelon and fresh peaches. Fresh wet apples is very fruity, along with honeydew of very good strength.
T: The flavor is slightly sour peach and watermelon. Fruity with green melon, citrus, and fresh pineapple. Nice tropical flavor flair, with a light sour fade off the tongue. Fruity and hoppy, bready malt, filled with passion fruit, rose water and oranges.
M: Nice full body, creamy soft malt base, with a quiet nature of carbonation. Gentle and calm on the hold.
O: Overall a very nice and fresh wet aromatic nose that pulls you in, with a a fruity and tart flavor that draws you back for more. Filled with a soft sourness and fruity nature, sour ipa, filled with passion fruit and rose water, making for a strong drinkability rate. Refined flavor, very smooth, balanced at 8%, with both sour and ipa qualities that is sure to satisfy fans of both styles. At $17 a crowler, is well worth seeking out when in town.
