Pour is clear gold with tons of carbonation bubbles. Finger and a half of white head that crackles down to a light topping of white.
Smell is like a dry cracker. A hint of salt on the nose. Very faint citrus coming up.
Kind of a backwards Gose. The taste is mild dry white bread up front. getting some sweet citrus in the middle than getting the tart towards the rea where the salt should be. And the salt is there so it mixes with the tart.
Mouth is light. Finish hangs on for a second. Kind of makes you wonder what you just drank.
Overall this is a good Gose. Just seems turned around to me. I have had beers in this style that give you that tart punch than sweet citrus or other flavor smoothing out in the back with the salt. Seems like the regular order for the style. This one seems a bit backwards on the note playlist. But it does have all the right notes! So maybe I could say this is a remake of an old favorite song done to a different beat that just throws me a bit? If you like the style give it a whiz bang. I am a bit confused but still enjoying my beer. Right notes different order. Got it. Hats off to the brewers for throwing me a loopy, I really do like your beer and would love to taste more!!

Overall not terrible for what it is but it seems out of place as a beer. Taste is very sour with salt but only the latter stays in the mouth. I think you'd be better off getting an actual tequila cocktail than this.
