Clean bodied with a slight haziness and the color of highlighter yellow. A half-inch of head sits on top, retains finely. I get the aroma of dry spices, lemon peel, and white pepper. it smells like a spiced Belgian ale. It has the taste of a dry witbier, perhaps sharper. Soft lemon notes combine with white pepper, the latter which sticks around for awhile. A note of pears breaks away from the white pepper and lemon combination. It's light bodied, and the sensation of pepper lingering is more intense than I'd like.
