Such a palatable level of sourness with great flavor. I could drink this all day long!

Appearance: As you can see, it has a clear golden, almost caramel color to its’ appearance. It wasn’t as carbonated as I thought it would be, but it didn’t make the beer any worse, in fact I think it complimented the taste more.
Aroma: Smelled like miscellaneous citrus fruits, grapefruit, lemon zest, even a little kumquat.
Taste: Great lacto bite, a prefer lacto over brett just as a personal preference just because I like that sour bite. If you like a more funky, farm or hay like taste, go with something with brettanomyces. After the lacto bite in the beginning, it’s followed by a tinge of stonefruit with a clear and crisp finish. For Bottle Logic’s first sour that’s only been aged for ten months, I can’t wait to see it’s development in another year.
Mouthfeel: Medium to light body.
Overall: Again, for their first sour that’s not even been aged for a year, it has the great qualities a sour should have. Sour bite, stonefruit, excellent mouthfeel, and something you can really just sip on even though the alcohol content isn’t too high. Great job Bottle Logic.
