500ml into a Side Project snifter.
Pours rich and dense. Pitch black. No lace, no head. Thick, oily legs with excellent cling. Nose is Nestle Quick, molasses, and booze. Rich and sweet. Beer opens milk chocolate, molasses, vanilla, and condensed milk. Maple syrup in the middle with cocoa. Slightly boozy. Vanilla, more syrup, and more condensed milk at the end. Slight bit of toasted coconut in the aftertaste. Body is full with low carbonation. Sticky on the palate and goes down warm, smooth, and viscous. Long, lingering aftertaste.
I would've expected a bit more coconut here.

2022 Vintage poured at fridge temp. Pours a thick and creamy black with a thin layer of dark brown head. The nose is amazing. Coconut and vanilla reign supreme here. Notes of bourbon and chocolate emerge after this initial burst. Rich malts and bread are there as well.
The taste follows the nose nicely. Sweet caramel, vanilla, coconut, bourbon, slight booziness, brown sugar, and raisins. Just wow.
The mouthfeel is insanely thick and viscous. Amazing.

Sweet milk chocolate, creamy vanilla-coconut, and a balanced bourbon barrel nose on this one! Taste follows with a milk chocolate bar, creamy coconut, and a vanilla-bourbon barrel finish. Great mouthfeel with this and it accentuates the additions very well here! Extremely well done!

Logging this from the FO days. This is my favorite FO variant the pst couple years. The coconut finish on this was excellent.
