Poured from a can at fridge temp. Pours a transparent yellow with an inch or so of white head. The nose is really nice and crisp. Orange, spice, wheat, grass, and yeast.
The taste is also really good. Wheat, orange zest, slight pepper spice, mint, biscuit, yeast, and a hint of caramel. Really smooth and crushable. Mouthfeel is pretty light and dry.

Bottle Logic is tough to find over here in the Midwest and usually in stout format. We picked up Cantrip Kolsch as we were impressed with BLs barrel aged program. The beer is crisp, clean, and yeasty. It has a bitter finish with low sweetness. The can art is amazing here.

Is it really retired. Just got it at Tap & Bottle in Tucson and it was very good. Light clear pour, crisp fresh taste. Very refreshing. Would definitely buy more of this “retired” brew.

A gold color with just a hint of haze. Nicely carbonated, white head with some sticky lace.
Fresh, outdoors, grassy aroma, hint of spice.
Grassy, a little lemon, peppery.
Crisp and refreshing.

The very slightest bit of haze accentuates this beautiful golden straw colored beer that features a frothy white head that practically demands you plant your nose just above it and grab a big whiff.
So you do, and you’re immediately transported to a steamy summer day, right after you mow your grass, where you’d consider cutting off two fingers on your left hand (you’re a righty) to have a full-flavored beer or three to quench your thirst without a lot of alcohol that’ll knock you out.
This is that beer. It’s got the lemongrass and bready aromas and flavors associated with the style, and it’s full-bodied, to the extent that you repeatedly check the can to ensure this flavorful beer is truly only 4.5% ABV.
I’d pound this in the summer like a carpenter pounds 16-penny nails if I had regular access to it. Maybe my favorite of the style I’ve had, Bottle Logic is magnificent, IMHO.

A very grassy smelling Kölsch with a nice balance of grain and a hint of lemon of the flavor. The deep straw yellow body has good clarity and a rock, sticky bone white foam. Good carbonation, light and spritzy feel with great balance leading into a mildy bitter finish. Prost!

Beautiful gold-tinged straw hued elixir, like the light of the sun on a field of wheat. Fluffy white head puffs up north of an 2 inches, and slowly recedes to a thin cap that hangs for the whole ride. Great retention, ever so slight lacing. Tiny golden orbs continuously rise from the depths to replenish the head.
Smell is spot on, if not a tad assertive for style. Spice note akin to a Pils. Hints at white peppercorn, but retreats to slightly grassy (in a fresh way) and a nuanced lemon blossom.
Taste pushes a slightly fruity, crackery sweetness that dries out with a slow mellowing bitterness. At times I feel that a lithe buckwheat note is trying to peek in, but I can't quite nail it.
Feel, light and crisp. I don't know how they did it, but it seems like they played with the water chemistry to give it a very nice feel that I have had from places that have a higher mineral content in their water.
Overall, I now have a local example of a SOLID example of a style that I rarely get excited for, but now would seek out on a regular basis.
